We serve and support adults, young people and families through a diverse programme of services and activities taking a holistic approach to their needs and aspirations, so that our community becomes more connected and resilient based on good relationships with self, each other and God.

Saturdays:
Saturday Film Show (5 -10)
Saturday Mornings 10am – 12pm in MADE4U IN ML2 Come along and hang out with your friends where you can watch a film while munching healthy snacks from the tuck shop.
Band Nights(S1+)
Saturday Nights 7.30-10pm in Coltness Community Centre
This allows young people to show case their talents and give others a safe place to go and have fun. We work in partnership with the local community police and are thankful for the support of MADE4U IN ML2 volunteers to staff the event. We hope to repeat the Band Night every few months, addressing alcohol/drugs/ territorial /anti social and behaviour problems.
Sundays:
Youth Club (P6-S2)
Sunday Nights 7-9pm in Calderbridge Primary School, Branchal Road.
Young people come along and gain new skills, confidence and recognition in a fun, safe environment. The club Bridges territorial/ school barriers and peer pressure and introduces acceptable behaviour within a group situation. At the present there are 35 young people attending and most of them are involved in the NL challenge. We have 5 adult volunteers involved with the club.
Mondays:
Alternative Dance Group
Monday Afternoon 12-1pm in MADE4U IN ML2
This group encourages adults with varying special needs to express themselves through physical exercise. It is led by a professional dance teacher who is experienced at adapting the programme to the needs of the people who attend. At the moment we are working in partnership with VAMW but hope to bring on board folks from LAMH, SAMH and Cornerstone. It would also be a great group for people in the community who have mobility problems to join and would give everyone an opportunity to break down barriers and make new friends. At present there are 18 people attending with 1 volunteer supporting the group.
Girls Group (P7 – S2)
Monday Nights 7pm – 9pm in MADE4U IN ML2 This is a fun group in a safe environment for girls to grow in confidence while tackling issues they face in daily life. Activities will include arts, beauty treatments and much more.
Tuesdays:
MADE4U PLAY TIME (Toddlers)
Tuesday Mornings 9.30am – 11.30am in MADE4U IN ML2 Providing a meeting place for young mums, dads, grandparents and child minders to mix, chat and share some adult conversations in what can be an isolating time.
Food Coop
A Food Coop selling fresh fruit and veg at reasonable prices will be operating from our premises in Greenfield drive every Tuesday 10am - 5pm.
Walking Group
Tuesday Morning 10.30am at MADE4U IN ML2
This group introduces adults to a healthier lifestyle through exercise and healthy eating. It also allows them to take an interest in their local community through using walking paths and keeping up to date with the wildlife. They finish with a welcomed cup of tea and a biscuit!
Art & Crafts Group
Tuesday Morning 10-12am at MADE4U IN ML2
A fun, friendly group where people tap into their creative side. Two talented volunteers guide the members to think outside the box and expand their creative skills. This is a popular group with new members coming every week so what are you waiting for?
Soup & Sandwich Lunch
Tuesday Lunchtime Tuesdays 12pm - 1.30pm at MADE4U IN ML2
A great opportunity to meet friends, new and old,
while having a low cost nutritional lunch. Similar to a lunch club we are trying to encourage people
who live on their own to come along and enjoy some company.

Citizens Advice Outreach Clinic
Last Tuesday of Every month Afternoons: 2pm - 5pm
There will be an opportunity
to drop into our centre and speak to a trained person who will be able to help
with employment issues, debt and benefits. No appointment needed just come along.
Street Dance (Primary School age)
Tuesday Afternoons 3.30pm – 4.30pm in MADE4U IN ML2 This session will be led by a professional teacher and is open to girls and boys of primary school age.
Wednesdays:
Card Making Group
Wednesday Morning 11.30am - 1.30pm in our Centre.
This is a small friendly group of people who are interested in making cards from scratch. So if you are interested and want to learn more please come along.
Football (14+)
Wednesday Nights 6-8pm at Cambusnethan Pitches, Branchal Road
P5 - P7 will meet 6 -7pm
S1 - S4 will meet 7 - 8pm Wednesday nights at Cambusnethan Football Pitches
This group provides football training and games on a weekly basis for young people aged 14+. It provides physical exercise with all the benefits that brings and addresses territorial issues as well as being totally inclusive reducing stigma and discrimination. We work in partnership with similar projects offering matches and educational opportunities to the young people. We also encourage healthy eating and lifestyles. We have more than 40 boys attending regularly, supported by 2 professional coaches.
D of E Group (14+)
Wednesday Nights 7-9pm in MADE4U IN ML2
There are many benefits to being involved with the D of E Award. Young people gain new skills, confidence and recognition while making a difference to other people’s lives. Preparing for their expeditions they learn all about team work which gives them valuable skills to take into the work place and for life in general. As well as making new friends they become effective citizens in the community. All of this while having fun. Robert and Anita are qualified to lead expeditions and have registered our group through NLC as our operating authority.
Thursdays:

Coffee House Chat
Thursday Mornings 9.30am – 11.30am in MADE4U IN ML2 While your children are at nursery come along and have a welcomed cup of tea, a peaceful chat and use the internet.
Your Thurs Club
Thursday Afternoon 2-4pm in Cambusnethan Old Parish Church Hall
This group offers a wide variety of activities and information through speakers; health programmes and entertainment events. This keeps the members active, informed and gives them something to work towards and look forward too. It also gives them the opportunity to meet and mix with others in their community. The group has 40 regular members and is open to anyone not just church members.

Drop Zone
Friday Evenings P5-S2 will be held in our centre 7-9pm
Drop Zone every Friday for P5-S2 will be held in our centre 7-9pm. Music, Pool, Table Tennis etc will be some of the games on offer.
School Involvement
We are currently working in Coltness High, Clyde Valley High and St Aidans high in partnership with the Teachers, CLAD and Psychological Services. We work with pupils who are vulnerable supporting them to deal with some difficult issues so they can find their place within the school and become effective contributors within the community. Some of the projects where we offer support are P7 transitional work, Buddy/mentor scheme, XL Group, Citizens Group, delivering the Seasons for Growth programme, Bubble Gum & Fluff and the Easter Code.
